Green Party Files to Remove ‘Spoiler Candidate’ From Ballot

The Green Party of Pennsylvania (GPPA) and a group of objectors have filed to have the nomination of the Green Party candidate for Pennsylvania’s 7th Congressional District set aside, calling him a spoiler candidate and citing issues with his paperwork.
