Carpenters' Hall Asks Residents to Rethink PA Constitution

Carpenters' Hall is at the forefront of an effort to give Pennsylvanians a say in what changes they'd like to see reflected in the state constitution. Why it matters: Carpenters' Hall is considered the birthplace of the Commonwealth, hosting a gathering in June 1776 that was a precursor to the drafting of the state's first constitution.
