2 Die in Growing Measles Outbreak, 1st PA Fatalities in 35 Years

Two unvaccinated Lancaster County residents have died from measles — the first such deaths in Pennsylvania in 35 years — as the commonwealth contends with a growing outbreak, according to the state health department. Pennsylvania Secretary of Health Dr. Debra Bogen on Tuesday encouraged Pennsylvanians to get vaccinated.
